Application Form

Hello there, so this is the application form for the Deez Nutz crew on NFS Heat. To meet the criteria for admission to the crew, you must be :-

1. A follower of the channel for one year minimum or subscriber of the channel.
2. Must have NFS Heat on PC or Xbox or Playstation or any other combination you prefer.
3. Must be aware that the crews do not qualify for cross play, for example, if you join the crew on PC, your chracter will only show on the PC version. You must submit a seperate application to join other crews on different platforms.
