Horror begins on…

October the 1st!!! It’s time to get into the spirit of things, and do a big run-up to Halloween! So yours truly will be doing horror each day, right up to the 31st, and maybe we’ll fire up a classic on that night (yea, you’ll probably guess I’ll pick the Suffering hehe)

So what game will start this Horror delight? Well it’s a game that just recently got a very very impressive sequel (that wasn’t a Commandant Lassard impression, I promise)

The game in question is a game called Welcome to Hanwell (with Beyond Hanwell being the new release, which has had a very impressive release, to much praise). Now there is another game called The Council of Hanwell, which I thought was a sequel in its own right. However, this is not the case.

The Council of Hanwell is a release that is a cut-down version of the Welcome to Hanwell, with the open world element removed, thus making it a cheaper and more accessible version of the game. But, if you are looking to buy this version of the game, then sadly you won’t have much luck.

The developer has now made the first game free to play and has deemed that the cut-down version isn’t viable to sell anymore. So just go ahead and download Welcome to Hanwell… it’s free now ๐Ÿ˜€

So if I am doing this horror month, does this mean my moving home went smoothly? It damn diggity well did neighbourino! I am sitting here in my new home, typing this away as we speak ๐Ÿ˜€ it was a pretty smooth move, and now I just gotta get all the paperwork finalised, and all those worries and strife will be behind me.

So the month of October is looking pretty rosy. First, we tackle Welcome to Hanwell, then Beyond Hanwell (the new one) and after that, well, let’s see how it goes ๐Ÿ˜€ There could be much more horror on the cards.

OK, this is your friendly neighbourhood Twitch streamer signing off, I’ll catch you soon, for intense jump scares galore ๐Ÿ˜€
